Terms for using the AMER AI website and services.
Scope of service
AMER AI is an administrative tool for answering patients and booking, confirming and reminding about appointments. It provides no diagnosis, medical advice or clinical decision.
Clinic responsibility
The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of services, doctors and working hours, and for reviewing cases escalated to staff.
Subscription and minutes
Each plan includes monthly voice minutes; extra minutes are 1.20 SAR. Usage is measured in seconds and displayed in minutes.
Free trial
7 days or 10 voice minutes, whichever comes first, one trial per clinic. We may suspend a trial where abuse is suspected.
Changes
We may update these terms and will explain material changes to existing customers.
